  • All OCMA products are developed, made, filled and packed in Australia. We source our fragrance materials, components, and packaging from both Australian and international suppliers to ensure our products are both high quality and safe for our customers.

  • We’re proud to say our fragrances contain no parabens, phthalates, PEG silicones, SLS or SLES, petrolatum, known endocrine disruptors, nitromusks nor any IFRA prohibited substances. Our products are compliant with the strict safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), renowned for its rigorous toxicological research and safety regulations.

  • Yes, OCMA products are proudly vegan and cruelty free. We will never test on animals and strictly source only vegan materials, both synthetic and natural, without animal testing or involvement in their production in the development of our products.

  • We recommend basing your choice on the fragrance notes that suit your personal preference, or by exploring which concept resonates most with you. If you are still unsure, you can purchase our Discovery Set.

    Fragrance notes represent the various stages of a perfume on your skin after application. Top notes are fleeting and provide a first impression, before making way for the pronounced and enduring middle notes. These middle notes are anchored by base notes, which act as the perfume's foundation, providing long-lasting performance.

  • Our fragrances are composed as Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Parfum. Eau de Parfum refers to a fragrance concentration of 20-25%. We find this is the optimum concentration to achieve a balanced fragrance with complex layers that will last for many hours. Parfum refers to a fragrance concentration greater than 25%, and is considered to be of higher quality and longer lasting.

  • We currently accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Paypal and Afterpay. We do not store any payment information within ocmafragrances.com.

GENERAL

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Complimentary standard ground shipping via Auspost is offered on all orders, Australia-wide. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

    We currently do not offer express shipping.

  • Orders received by 5pm Monday and Wednesday will be sent out the following day.

  • Standard delivery orders will arrive in 2-6 business days, depending on where you are located. Due to the nature of our product, we use Australia Post ground to post your order. Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.*

  • OCMA Fragrances is currently only available Australia-wide. We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • If there is an error with your order, please contact us at contact@ocmafragrances.com with your order number stated in the email subject title. We will endeavour to remedy your issue prior to our order cut-off times, stated above.

  • You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unsprayed or unused and in it's original packaging with an intact seal.
